This 3-Day Food Festival Brings the Best of Bacolod Cuisine to Makati

Foodies, rejoice! The Namit Namit Food Festival is back in Rockwell Center Makati, bringing the authentic flavors of Bacolod to the heart of the metro. From November 10 to 12, indulge in the authentic flavors of Bacolod's local cuisine, featuring dishes crafted by homegrown Negrense chefs and culinary tastemakers of both established and emerging food establishments from Bacolod.

The three-day food fair will showcase a diverse array of mouthwatering dishes, from traditional cuisines like Chicken Inasal and Kansi, to gourmet sandwiches and pastries.

Chicken Inasal from JT's Manukan, Bacolod Chicken Inasal, and Inasalan sa Dalan. These iconic Bacolod restaurants serve up the best grilled chicken inasal, marinated in a special blend of spices and grilled to perfection.

Kansi from Patpat's Kansi. This hearty soup is made with beef shanks, bone marrow, and a sour broth, and is slow-cooked until the meat falls off the bone.

KBL (Kadyos, Baboy, Langka) from Mit-Namit Food Hub. Made with a rich and nutty kare-kare sauce, tender pork belly, and sweet jackfruit, this hearty and flavorful dish is a feast of its own.
